Review and benchmark your systems
The perfect time
There are many legislative and regulatory compliance regimes that organisations now face in relation to child safety. Each jurisdiction has a different set of requirements. In addition, depending on their affiliation, some organisations also have national expectations they are required to follow.
It is vital therefore to ensure that your systems meet these standards both in design and implementation. Our Safeguarding Team has worked with a range of organisations to review and benchmark their policies and procedures against relevant compliance measures specific to their national and local operating environment.
We have tools and methodologies that really test your systems so that your organisational leaders can be confident that the right mix of organisational qualities, processes and decision making structures are in place to keep children safe from abuse and exploitation from staff, volunteers and other individuals in the service environment.
