Our "Making SPACE for Learning" program explores brain-body development - and the impact of disadvantage, violence and trauma on that development. This training offers creative strategies to help students process and communicate their experiences in the classroom.

Capacity Building Training

A training for schools wishing to extend their practice in trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed education environments. Example content areas include incorporating mindfulness into the classroom, building self-care for educators, and understanding family violence and its impact on education. Your school can also request tailored sessions for school leaders and counsellors – as well as sessions on specific age groups.

With a focus on trauma manifestations and behaviour, we consult on an individual, school-wide or regional basis. Consultations typically incorporate reflective practices for teams and staff groups.
