Staff Mandatory Training

We are delighted to have organised a really interesting mandatory training schedule for 2021. All of these session are important organisational knowledge sharing and learning opportunities. They are relevant to all staff regardless of their roles at ACF.
 
Glenda Kickett will run two different cultural humility training sessions that build on each other and add to our collective knowledge about engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children, Young People, Families and Communities.

Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff are welcome to attend and contribute their experience and wisdom to the workshops if they choose.
 
Joe Tucci will make each of his Lunch with CEO sessions incredible interesting. Each of the sessions will be accompanied by a famous Joe Tucci recipe and a discussion that reflects a deep appreciation of food. There will also be time to explore some very important concepts and policies that are relevant to everyone.
 
The other sessions all contribute to strengthening our anti-discriminatory practice which will be a large focus for the organisation this year and beyond.
 
All staff are expected register for these sessions. Attendance will be taken so that a certificate of completion can be issued for you to upload onto your training register.
 
The time shown for each session is Melbourne time and has been scheduled to make it possible to attend from all time zones in place in that period.
