Child Safe Culture and Leadership
What is this training about?
While we all agree on the importance of a culture that enables child safety across organisations, that culture does not develop and is not maintained without deliberate and intentional strategies implemented by those in charge. Developing and strengthening a child safe culture requires leaders to drive and reinforce the process through their planning, knowledge and strategies.
This interactive virtual classroom will help participants to consider their own values and beliefs as leaders of a child safe culture as well as explore specific and practical considerations for implementing an organizational development and/or strengthening process.
What will you learn?
By attending this training, you will:
- Explore your own values and beliefs regarding child safe practices and how they influence your organisational leadership
- Consider the core elements of developing and strengthening a child safe culture and how your organisation is tracking in its evolution
- Outline practical strategies for leading your organisation’s cultural improvement journey.
